What is the alfa athletic training facilty

The ALFA Athletic Training Facility is not just a gym. It is a place where athletes and non athletes alike are able to push themselves beyond what they believe possible. With 12 fully equipped squat racks, an athlete/member lounge and much more, The ALFA training facility has everything you need to physically excel.

We are different than all the other box/commercial gyms because at ALFA, we blast music, drop weights and celebrate when people hit their PR’s and we have chalk. We look forward to having you in our amazing facility and welcoming you as member of our ALFA family!

Although Visions Sports Centre will always have a staff on hand for emergency situations, there will not always be an ALFA staff member within the gym space. By becoming an ALFA member, you acknowledge that you are a confident and experienced lifter that is comfortable with minimal staff supervision.
