With Small Group, 1 on 1/partner PT Sessions, Fascial Stretch & Custom Programs, ALFA has all the tools to help you succeed.

Small group PT

Our small group personal training was created so that our clients could have an affordable solution to building strength, lean muscle and performance. In these small group PT sessions we focus on lifting weights, building strength and improving performance. The groups have between 2-12 people with Coaches making structured and adaptable monthly programs (we adjust to the individual) as well as over-seeing every part of the training so it’s safe, effective, fun and challenging and you’ll never get bored – while building strength, muscle, and confidence week in and week out.

1:1 PT

For those seeking one on one attention and guidance, our one-on-one Personal Training package is for you. With our team of expert Coaches educated in movement, strength training, postural assessments, and nutrition, we'll work with you to individualize your training experience so you can get the best possible results while building a meaningful and long standing relationship with your Trainer.

Partner PT

Experience the power of teamwork with our Partner Training program. Grab a friend, family member, or workout buddy and embark on a fitness journey together under the guidance of our experienced trainers. Partner Training offers all the benefits of personalized instruction and customized workouts, with the added motivation and accountability of having a training partner by your side. Whether you're looking to strengthen your bond, achieve mutual fitness goals, or simply enjoy a fun and effective workout together, Partner Training is the perfect way to double the fun and double the results. Fascial Stretch & Strengthen Sessions

This comprehensive 75-minute session begins with a thorough movement assessment, pinpointing areas of tension and restriction in your fascia and nervous system. Experience the transformative benefits of Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST™) during 30-40 minutes of assisted stretching on the table, targeting restricted fascia and joints to enhance mobility and alleviate discomfort.
